Touch of Class Court
A big congratulations to this year’s Touch of Class Court:

The Touch of Class dance, "Touch of Gatsby" is this Thursday, January 29th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with presale tickets on sale for $5.00 during both lunches. The cost will be $10.00 at the door. This is our most popular dance, so purchase your tickets early. Remember, school dress code applies for every dance.
HomeAid Silent Auction
We are celebrating our 15th year helping HomeAid OC end homelessness in Orange County—and we are proud to announce that we raised $3,400 and counting this year! Thank you to the families that attended the auction and thank you again to the companies that generously donated to our auction. A HUGE thank you goes out to all!
Congratulations to the following students whose PTA Reflections entry has moved on to the Orange County competition. This year's theme was "The World Would Be A Better Place If..."
On February 14th, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, their entries can be viewed at an Open House Gallery at Orange County Department of Education. We will keep you posted if any of these students move on to the state competition.

Congratulations to all of the students who earned Honor Roll and Principal List honors based on their GPA from the 1st Quarter. There were 179 students who earned Honor Roll with a GPA of 3.66 to 3.82 and 212 students who earned Principal's List honors with a GPA of 4.0. New Marquee Celebrations
Brea Junior High has a new special way to celebrate your student! You can now purchase a message to be displayed on the electronic marquee! Ten dollars for an entire day celebrates a birthday, congratulates a sports victory, or salutes a very special occasion in your student’s life.
